The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide high-quality support to our students. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the class teacher in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to student needs.
- Monitor student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Cultivate a safe, supportive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate effectively with a talented and passionate teaching team.
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and their families.
- Contribute to our positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements- A valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Experience supporting students with SEN is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary: £85 - £92 per day (depending on experience and qualifications).

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
