Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Freelance Site/Project Manager required to manage a £8.5m Design & Build scheme which is a 49 week programme due to commence April 2026. Work involves the demolition of an existing facility and the construction of a new steel frame building which involves circa 2500m² floor area with 2no. concrete access ramps, 3no. external access steps, concrete deck, perimeter access. There will be challenges on the site as there are 25no.

trees with TPO’s, railway line to the north of the site and relatively restricted site access, you will also be responsible on a daily basis for the management of all subcontract trades/labour packages, health & safety, RAMS, subcontract/client progress meetings.

Minimum requirement will be CSCS card, 3-day first aid at work and SMSTS certificate aswell as also must being computer literate, proven work history delivering steel portal frame projects will also be beneficial.
