Een organisatie voor maatschappelijke zorg in Zuid-Holland is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Woonbegeleider. In deze rol bied je ondersteuning aan diverse deelnemers, met als doel hen te motiveren naar meer zelfstandigheid. We verwachten een relevante HBO-opleiding en vaardigheden in sociale en agogische ondersteuning. Dit is een uitdagende functie met een tijdelijk contract en mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling.
