Een zorgorganisatie in Zuid-Holland is op zoek naar een ambulant begeleider die zelfstandig wonende volwassenen met complexe problemen ondersteunt. In deze rol help je cliënten naar meer stabiliteit en zelfredzaamheid. De ideale kandidaat heeft een relevante HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur Social Work, en is bereid om soms 's avonds te werken. Met een tijdelijk contract van 12 maanden en mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling biedt deze functie een goede balans tussen professionele en persoonlijke voldoening.
