Een gemeente in Nederland zoekt een ervaren Specialist Projectmanagement voor de realisatie van de parkeerhub Maaspark. Deze rol omvat integrale regie over het project, dat 1.000 parkeerplaatsen omvat, met focus op de aanbestedingsfase. De ideale kandidaat heeft relevante ervaring in gemeentelijke bouwprojecten en is sterk in bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en stakeholdermanagement. Deze opdracht loopt tot april 2028 en bevat belangrijke mijlpalen in de projectontwikkeling.

Het doel is om een volledig aanbestedingsgereed project te realiseren.
