Project Leader

The organisation

We are currently seeking a Project Leader for our client’s offices in Dordrecht and Den Bosch who will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will oversee teams at both locations and possess a strong technical background to accurately assess project needs and potential risks.

• Project control and cost monitoring
• Maintaining an up-to-date project schedule
• Handling quotations and administrative tasks
• Implementation and monitoring of quality processes
• Following up on quality improvement proposals
• Identifying and anticipating project bottlenecks
• Co-responsibility for process optimization within the Business Unit
• Maintaining internal and external customer contacts

• HBO level of education in technical/administrative sector
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in project management
• Familiarity with systems engineering and UAV-GC contract forms is advantageous
• Willingness to undertake additional courses
• Financial insight, commercial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch
• Preferably located in the Dordrecht/Breda/Den Bosch region
