The Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a busy sales team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, delivering an outstanding experience while achieving sales targets and maximising profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles in line with company and manufacturer standards

• Build strong relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach

• Manage enquiries from phone, email, online and showroom visits

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Negotiate vehicle sales, part exchanges and add-on products

• Accurately complete sales administration and documentation

• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and positive CSI results

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Sales Executive (automotive preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills

• Customer-focused with a professional and confident manner

• Target-driven with a proven sales track record

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• Good IT skills and confidence using CRM / DMS systems

• Full UK driving licence
