The Range is expanding and we are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our store management team and report to the Store Manager.

• Be a key member of the store management team and report to the Store Manager.
• Lead by example and inspire colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure the store is well merchandised and continuously develop business performance within the Departments you are responsible for.
• Maintain excellent communication with the Store Manager and demonstrate a coaching, clear, open and honest management style.
• Train retail colleagues to the highest standards and take corrective action when necessary.
• Have a positive, can‑do attitude, meet targets, be career‑focused and self‑motivated.
