Salary :
From £40,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 15 pm, Monday to Friday (Flexible and hybrid working available)
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Agricultural Property Lawyer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of rural and agricultural property matters, while collaborating with other departments and contributing to the firm's continued success.
Key Responsibilities- Handling the sale and purchase of farms and agricultural land (private treaty and auction)
- Drafting and advising on deeds of easement and overage agreements
- Providing non-contentious farm tenancy advice
- Collaborating with colleagues in private client, commercial property, and company commercial teams
- Attending networking events and supporting business development initiatives
- Minimum 2 years PQE with strong transactional property experience
- Knowledge of agricultural property law (preferred)
- Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a proactive and innovative mindset
