We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Business Analyst & First Line Support professional to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, a passion for optimizing processes, and experience supporting business systems in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as the first point of contact for all internal IT and business system enquiries.
• Provide 1st line support for Office 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Act as SharePoint Administrator, managing permissions, sites, and content.
• Develop, maintain, and present business insights using Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support ERP systems and other business applications.
• Analyze, document, and improve business processes with a strong understanding of end-to-end workflows.
• Liaise with technical teams to escalatate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

• Proven experience in Office 365 1st line support.
• Power BI proficiency.
• ERP systems experience preferred.
• SharePoint administration experience.
• Strong process analysis and improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical information to non-technical users.
• Raw technical expertise and troubleshooting capabilities.
