Role Overview

As a Procurement Operating Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering best-in-class strategic and commercially focused IT procurement. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to assess their IT needs and deliver clear, insight-driven plans that enhance performance, innovation, and commercial value across all IT-related spend, including Hardware, Software Licensing, SaaS, Data Centres/Colocation, Telecoms, Cybersecurity, AI, and other IT categories.

You will lead sourcing strategies across all IT categories, bringing market intelligence, trends, pricing benchmarks, and innovation insights to clients. Acting as the primary point of contact for supplier performance, you will provide expert guidance on efficiency, feasibility, and process improvements, helping clients develop cost-effective solutions and deliver measurable benefits. You will have the confidence to challenge the status quo, simplify processes, and drive transformation, working closely with leadership and C-suite stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced IT Procurement expert to join a team known for delivery excellence and client satisfaction. You will own and manage end-to-end procurement activity, prioritising opportunities, mitigating risks, and delivering maximum return for EBIT and its clients, all while upholding accountability, expertise and a relentless focus on doing things the right way. What We’re Looking For

A strategic and commercially focused IT Procurement expert to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their IT requirements and deliver clear, insight-driven plans that drive performance, efficiency, and commercial value across all IT-related spend. You will lead end-to-end IT procurement activity, from defining sourcing strategies and managing supplier selection to contract negotiation and ongoing performance management, leveraging market intelligence and data-driven insights, you will optimise spend, identify efficiencies, and deliver measurable benefits.

Acting as the primary point of contact for supplier performance, you will resolve issues and ensure delivery meets client and EBIT objectives.
