• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests
• Fit and program hearing aids tailored to individual patient needs
• Provide expert advice, education, and ongoing support to ensure patients maximize the benefits of their devices
• Perform hearing aid maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and regulatory standards
• Collaborate closely with support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Stay up-to-date with audiology advancements and hearing aid technology through continuous professional development

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for helping people improve their hearing. They must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and have experience fitting and managing a wide range of hearing aids. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient-centered approach are essential. A commitment to ongoing learning and teamwork will ensure success in this role.
