Position: Healthcare Support Worker (Various departments available)

We are having an interview day on 08th November 2025 and are looking to grow our team of Permanent Band 2 and 3 Healthcare Support Workers.

Dependent on experience and with agreement from the line manager, Band 3 may be offered from start date.

Internal applicants may apply for ward movement and Bank to Substantive posts via this vacancy.

Please be aware that this role is not CURRENTLY eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be able to independently obtain an ongoing right to work in the UK beyond the expiry of any temporary or time-limited permissions.

In This Role You Will
  • Provide support to the clinical teams in the running of the ward.
  • Provide excellent care to your patients.
  • Learn to work with various NHS systems in order to provide the best care possible.
To Succeed In This Role You Should Have
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to engage with other team members effectively, liaise with fellow professionals to support the safe care of our patients.
  • The ability to use your own initiative and be responsive to instruction.
  • A willingness to learn.
