Part Time Cleaner

Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–6:00pm (all year round)

We’re looking for a reliable, conscientious cleaner to join our team at Sunny Days Dorchester.

This is an important role within the nursery, helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for children, families and staff. Working during the afternoon, you’ll support the smooth running of the nursery by ensuring all areas are cleaned to a consistently high standard, in line with health, safety and hygiene requirements.

You’ll work independently, taking pride in your work and contributing to the calm, well‑cared‑for environment that Sunny Days is known for.

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable (particularly in childcare, education, healthcare or similar environments)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, punctual and professional in approach
• Willingness to follow nursery policies, safeguarding expectations and health & safety procedures
• Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
