A leading childcare provider in Dorchester is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their outstanding nursery team. You will be responsible for the welfare and development of children aged 0-5, planning engaging activities, and supporting families. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and have at least one-year post-qualification experience. The nursery offers competitive pay of £13.00–£13.40 per hour, sick pay, and half-price childcare from day one.
