Our client is seeking a strong ADMINISTRATOR (ESTATES) to join them on a temporary to a fixed term contract after 12 weeks. To provide specific support to a Service department or function which may include maintenance of records, distribution of information, participating in events or co‑ordinating application/assessment processes. You will act as a point of contact for the function and provide appropriate advice.
A DBS Check will be carried out.
- Establish and maintain effective systems and procedures for supporting the facilities management programmes.
- Undertake administrative support duties specific to the Estates Team – updating spreadsheets, maintaining property databases, handling telephone calls.
- Act as point of contact for the Estates Team, liaising between contractors and operational staff/fire stations.
- Day‑to‑day management of the financial administration function, including budget monitoring and processing of orders and payments.
- Manage the collection of statistical data and management information as required, ensuring quality and accuracy of data for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Maintain electronic property records and filing systems, and be responsible for keeping information up to date on Connect and SharePoint (Office 365).
- Cover for other team members when required across all aspects of the team, including access control to ensure the security of Service properties.
- 4 GCSEs, including English and Maths, C or above.
- Any A‑level or NVQ qualification.
- CV must demonstrate previous office‑based experience and state use/knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance.
