Express Chipping, Inc. – Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $28.00/hr annual compensation: $58,000 - $65,000 per year plus bonuses, vacation, and full benefits.

Direct reports: Field Crews, Service Coordinator
Location: Georgia HQ + Regional Plant Travel (On‑Site Only)
Position Summary
The Assistant Operations Coordinator – Regional Field is a high‑impact role that combines field execution, client interaction, and crew development. You will assist general operations, visit plants, coordinate meetings with managers, support safety programs, and ensure top‑quality results. Work side by side with Coordinators to align operations, share best practices, and build consistent performance across multiple locations.
Core Responsibilities
- Office and Crew Operations Oversight – Support daily crew activities, schedules, performance, enforce accountability, coach team members, and solve office coordination challenges.
- Client Relationship Management – Conduct client communication with managers, confirm service delivery, resolve concerns on‑site, maintain professional relationships, and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Safety Enforcement & Compliance – Lead coordination of safety meetings, training, on‑site inspections; enforce confined space entry, PPE usage, OSHA compliance, oversee incident reporting, corrective actions, and follow‑up.
- Recruiting & Training Talent – Partner in recruiting efforts, interview and onboard new crew members, deliver hands‑on field training programs, ensure software readiness, track development progress, and create growth opportunities.
- Equipment & Inventory Management – Oversee tools, fleet readiness, inventory controls, coordinate maintenance with vendors, reduce downtime and tool loss through reporting.
- Job Reporting & Data Accountability – Ensure 100% Fast Field compliance for job reporting, audit submissions for accuracy and timeliness, use job performance data to drive accountability and operational improvements.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of field/office service leadership or logistics operations experience.
- Hands‑on background managing crews and client‑facing responsibilities.
- Strong safety mindset with knowledge of OSHA and confined space standards.
- Technically fluent with mobile reporting systems and Excel.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to lead and engage diverse crews.
- Ambitious, growth‑minded, and resilient under pressure.
