Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Avionics Technicians in Atlanta, GA to join a rapidly growing aircraft manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work order operations, quality buyoffs, and issuing hardware
- Build mechanical and electrical sub‑assemblies
- Perform functional qualification testing and harness routing between kit assemblies
- Proficiently use various mechanical tools
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and install fluid and electromechanical components from a schematic or drawing
- Work closely with engineers and leadership to develop and implement operational improvements focused on driving task times down and ease of repeatability
- Rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high‑paced, challenging work environment
- Play a critical role in coordinated vehicle movements and integrated pressurized ground operations
The hourly pay range for this role is on average between $30-$50hr.

Skills and Requirements- Experience in a startup development environment
- Experience working in a flight development program
- Experience transitioning parts/assemblies from the first article to production – A&P license is preferred
