Job DescriptionTraveling Demolition Supervisor — Take the Lead Nationwide. Trinity Industrial Services is seeking a Traveling Demolition Supervisor to oversee selective demolition and abatement projects from planning through completion. This position manages daily site operations, coordinates crews and subcontractors, ensures safety compliance, and delivers projects on schedule and within scope. The role requires strong field leadership, operational awareness, and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
The Traveling Demolition Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining Trinity’s reputation for safety, quality workmanship, and professional execution.

Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Coordination:
Plan and coordinate demolition and abatement activities from mobilization to project closeout. Develop daily and weekly work schedules and assign tasks to crew members. Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety meetings. Coordinate subcontractors, equipment operators, inspectors, and vendors. - Site Management & Execution:
Oversee all daily jobsite operations and ensure work aligns with project specifications. Monitor crew productivity and enforce adherence to timelines. Track labor hours, materials used, and equipment performance. Adjust project plans as necessary to maintain schedule and efficiency. - Safety & Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards and environmental regulations. Enforce safety protocols throughout all phases of demolition. Oversee proper waste disposal in accordance with environmental requirements. - Leadership & Communication:
Supervise and train demolition crew members. Provide hands-on leadership and clear communication across all stakeholders. Serve as the on-site point of contact for project coordination and issue resolution. - Equipment Oversight:
Oversee use of interior machinery including skid steers, flooring machines, Lulls, and other demolition equipment. Ensure proper equipment handling, maintenance coordination, and safety checks.
- Minimum 5+ years of demolition experience (5–10 years preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- OSHA 30 Certification (Required).
- Strong knowledge of demolition safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Experience supervising field crews on commercial or industrial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications and site plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in the field.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to provide references demonstrating production efficiency and past project success.
- Must be willing to relocate to Georgia prior to starting employment.
- $28 – $32 per hour
