** Personal Lines Producer
** to join our growing team in
** Melbourne, FL.
** The Person al Lines Producer is responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business by developing customer relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and creating a business plan for growth.

The Person al Lines Producer will work closely with clients, coordinating internal resources, preparing proposals, and staying current on industry trends, all while ensuring high levels of customer service and motivating team members to meet agency goals.

Prepare customer renewal and new business strategy including proposals and presentations and ensure they agree with customer's requests/requirements.
** Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
** Ability to independently visit clients, prospects, and make related calls to others approximately 75% of the time.

Ability to travel for industry and carrier events approximately 10% of the time.  Exceptional communication skills. Strong sales skills. Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality.
