Responsibilities:
- Manage the integrity of investment data and portfolio performance reporting.
- Execute daily operational tasks to support the firm’s diverse investment strategies.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new assets and maintain accurate historical records.
- Liaise with external partners and financial institutions to streamline account reconciliation.
- Produce comprehensive financial reports for internal stakeholders and family members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Prior professional experience specifically within a Family Office environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Addepar is mandatory for this role.
- Background in investment operations with a strong grasp of various asset classes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a discreet and professional manner.
- 1+ year of hands-on technical experience in a similar capacity.
