Een organisatie voor mensen met een visuele beperking, gevestigd in de regio Utrecht, zoekt een Ambulant Begeleider Kind & Jeugd. In deze rol begeleidt en ondersteunt u jonge kinderen met een visuele beperking in hun ontwikkeling. U gaat langs bij gezinnen en verschillende instellingen, en stelt behandelplannen op. Een hbo-diploma en enkele jaren ervaring zijn vereist. U ontvangt een contract voor 24-28 uur per week met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband en een salaris tot €4.705,- per maand.
