Trailer Technician / Fitters (Skilled and Trainees with relevant mechanical experience). SPR is a trusted full-service trailer specialist offering maintenance, servicing, MOTs, quay checks, and 24/7 roadside repairs. We are seeking skilled Trailer Technicians / Fitters to join our well-established and respected team based in Harworth, Doncaster.

• Competitive Salary: Skilled fitters can expect a base salary of around £38,000 per annum depending on experience, with realistic potential annual earnings of £45,000+

• Double time pay for all non-rostered overtime
• Holiday pay calculated on average earnings
• Increased holiday entitlement with length of service
• Annual performance-related bonus

• Carrying out on-site servicing and breakdown cover as required
• Preparing trailers in the workshop for MOT inspections
• Attending roadside breakdowns and undertaking repairs/servicing at customer sites
• Following company procedures, safe systems of work, and Health & Safety regulations
• Working efficiently, responsibly, and in a timely manner
• A C+E licence would be an advantage (training can be provided if required)

For the Trailer Technician / Fitter role, you'll bring relevant mechanical/engineering skills and ideally previous experience in a similar role. Strong time management, reliability, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. A full driving licence is required.

We also welcome applications from those with less experience. If you have a mechanical background or training, we can provide further development. Trainee Fitters with mechanical skills can expect to earn between £34,000 - £38,000 per year, depending on experience and overtime.
