This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments. You will play a crucial part in supporting our sales and estimating processes, producing accurate quotes, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Learn and aid on the administrative process of sales and estimating, primarily CRM
- Analyse customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate quote generation
- Liaise regularly with the customer and relay information across planning, sales and purchasing
- Apply clear and concise communication across all sales, panning and purchasing processes
- Produce formal estimates based on enquiries received
- Regularly liaise with customers regarding delivery dates, quotations and to discuss requirements for enquiries
- Be pragmatic and chase / expedite your previous week’s quotes to achieve an order
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with using CRM systems for sales and estimating workflows (desirable)
- Comfortable with liaising with multiple departments and external customers
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
