Are you a driven Sales Executive looking for your next challenge? We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced sales team members to join us in a fast paced exciting environment Working alongside a highly driven and inspirational team.

Paragon Scotland Limited, specialises in providing a full suite of management services tailored to meet the unique needs of the businesses we work with. Integrating with the brands we work with, our aim is to deliver outstanding services in administration, marketing, operations, and sales.

This role will support Touchstone Education, a leading education provider which changes lives across the UK. We are a fast-growing business that has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to be a part of our growing and amazing team. You will play a vital role in helping us to achieve our sales targets. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being part of a team with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will be ambitious and bring an enthusiastic, energetic and can-do presence to the business.

What you will do:

  • Make contact with both warm and hot leads, converting these into sales.
  • Be confident in negotiations and objection handling.
  • Selling the features and benefits of the Company.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored based solutions and recommendations.
  • Working in a highly targeted environment.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Represent the Company at key events

What we are looking for

  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience working in a telesales environment would be advantageous.
