About the RoleAs a BDR, you will own the top of the sales funnel. You will engage with prospects through targeted outbound activity, qualify opportunities, and book high‑quality meetings for the wider sales team. You will work closely with our Data, Marketing and Sales teams to support structured campaigns and help refine our messaging based on real insight from your conversations. This is an office‑based role at our Doncaster HQ, ensuring close collaboration with sales leaders and providing strong opportunities for mentoring and development.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients through structured outbound calling, email and Linked In outreach.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline by qualifying prospects and securing meetings across our core sectors.
- Research target accounts to understand their industry pressures, payment challenges and compliance needs.
- Execute targeted campaigns in collaboration with the Data, Marketing and Sales teams.
- Document all activity clearly and accurately within the CRM system.
- Become knowledgeable about Key IVR’s products, payment services, and compliance value propositions.
- Contribute ideas, feedback and insight to support ongoing improvement of our outbound strategies.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in outbound lead generation within SaaS or B2B sales.
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and activity targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify complex topics and hold confident conversations.
- High levels of resilience, confidence and consistency, with the ability to reset quickly and maintain positive momentum.
- A self‑driven, goal‑focused mindset, adaptable to change and motivated by success and progression.
