AboutYou
We are looking for someone who can listen to customers’ needs, adapt their skills, and work confidently with targets and deadlines. As a Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating appointments and prospecting to maximise car sales in a target‑driven environment. Experience in the automotive industry is welcome but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
Responsibilities• Generate customer appointments and prospect potential buyers.
• Convert enquiries into sales and maximise every opportunity.
Qualification and Requirements• Valid UK driving licence.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Positive attitude and ambition to be the best.
What We Offer- A basic salary starting at £23,000 up to £27,000 depending on performance, with a realistic OTE of up to £60,000
. - 5 days per week working hours.

Normal hours: 8.00 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and 10.30 am to 4.00 pm on Sunday. This equates to an average of 41.5 hours per week over a 4‑week period, with a day off during the week when working a Saturday. We close on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
