Tesco Colleague – Phone Shops – Doncaster Extra
Pay and HoursPay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
Minimum guaranteed hours: 12 hours per week.
We schedule contracted hours within the availability window and provide 3‑week notice of your shifts.
We support flexibility when your available hours match closely with our advertised times.
Availability Window- Mon: 09:00 – 16:00
- Tue: 12:00 – 19:00
- Wed: 14:30 – 19:00
- Thu: 14:00 – 19:00
- Sat: 12:00 – 19:00
- Deliver a great shopping experience for customers every day, following opening and closing routines.
- Maintain facilities in a good working order and ensure availability for customers.
- Act upon customer feedback and protect the legal brand by delivering compliance.
- Support the manager to control costs, maintain stock accuracy, and prepare for stock control routines.
- Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
- Drive and motivation to work in a sales and service environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues.
- Reliability: being on time, well presented, and ready as a brand ambassador.
