• Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
  Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
• Provide updates:
  Relay information to the veterinary team about patients en route to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
• Handle administration duties:
  Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Every Friday from 19:00 to 23:00, plus a fair share of bank holidays.
