We're looking for a Cushion Filler to join our fast paced manufacturing team at our Lincoln House Factory manufacturing site on a permanent basis.

As a Cushion Filler you will work as part of our fast paced production environment. You will hand fill a variety of sized cushions from beautiful base cushions to the perfect scatter cushion to add that finishing touch. This role will require a lot of hard manual effort to ensure a high quality of work and will involve a high degree of repetition.

The role is for you if...You will need to be able to thrive in a fast paced environment with a lot of heavy lifting. There will be long periods where you are on your feet continuously.
