Shift Engineer - Double

The Role

We’re looking for experienced Engineers to join a growing food manufacturing site. You’ll be at the heart of keeping production moving whether that’s dealing with breakdowns, carrying out planned maintenance, or spotting improvements that make life easier on the shop floor.

This role works on a rotating shift pattern of 45hrs per week:

• Early: 5.00am – 3.00pm
• Late: 2.00pm – 11.00pm

So yes, you’ll get your evenings sometimes… and your mornings other times.

• A varied role with plenty of problem-solving
• Hands‑on engineering with modern kit
• Be part of a supportive, skilled maintenance team
• Busy food manufacturing environment (never a dull moment)

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experience with in a Maintenance / Engineering role
• Confident in fault finding and repairs
• Great team player, calm under pressure
• Food or FMCG background? Even better.
