Engineering Supervisor – Food Manufacturing – Doncaster

We’re looking for an experienced and hands‑on Engineering Supervisor to join a fast‑paced food production site in Doncaster. If you’ve got a sharp eye for maintenance, know how to lead from the front, and enjoy the buzz of keeping a factory running like a‑oiled machine, this one’s for you.

• Supporting the Engineering Manager to ensure machinery, equipment, and systems are running at peak performance.
• Leading your team through preventative maintenance and repair work—without disrupting production.
• Upholding food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards like a boss.
• Keeping accurate maintenance records and supporting internal and external audits.
• Being the go‑to person for troubleshooting and technical decision‑making.

• Strong background in engineering and team leadership within a manufacturing environment (bonus points if it’s food‑related).
• Solid understanding of plant equipment and production machinery.
• Experience using CMMS or similar systems (nice to have, not a deal breaker).
• Confident communicator with the ability to guide and mentor engineers on shift.
• Someone cool under pressure, solutions‑focused, and ready to step in when things go sideways.

• £49,000–£51,000 depending on experience.
