About the Role

The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and safely in line with company policies and procedures.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating the team, maintaining performance standards, and driving productivity, quality, and safety across the shift.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily targets and KPIs.
Oversee goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Ensure stock accuracy and effective inventory control.
Maintain health & safety standards and a clean working environment.
Monitor performance metrics and report on operational outcomes.
Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure safe use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.

About You

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining operational standards.
