Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and Assess:

• Perform Cleaning Services:
  Use various techniques such as steam cleaning, dry cleaning, and shampooing to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from carpets and upholstery.
• Move Furniture:
  Safely relocate furniture as needed to access all areas that require cleaning.
• Apply Treatments:
  Use stain and soil repellents, deodorizers, and anti-microbial treatments to enhance carpet cleanliness and longevity.
• Maintain Equipment:
  Ensure that cleaning machines and tools are in good working condition and properly maintained.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service:
  Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide advice on carpet maintenance.
• Follow Safety Protocols:
  Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
