Responsibilities
- Inspecting and assessing the condition of windows or other glass surfaces to identify any necessary cleaning or maintenance
- Using specialized equipment such as squeegees, window cleaning tools, and extension poles to clean windows and other glass surfaces
- Using chemicals and cleaning solutions to remove stains, dirt, and grime from glass surfaces
- Ensuring the safety of themselves and others by using safety equipment and following safety protocols
- Performing minor maintenance on window frames, such as sealing cracks or fixing latches
- Handling and appropriately disposing of used cleaning solutions and materials
- Responding to customer queries and complaints, and working to resolve any issues related to the services provided
- Providing quotes and estimates to potential clients for window cleaning services
- Maintaining inventory of all cleaning supplies and ordering new stock as needed
