A rail contractor is looking for a Compliance & Assurance Coordinator to support internal and external audit activities, help maintain business certifications, and assist with integrated management system controls (including ISO 9001:2015).

• Coordinating and supporting audits and closing out findings
• Maintaining business certifications (e.g. ISO 9001:2015) and document control registers
• Delivering internal audit programmes and tracking KPIs
• Supporting the use of digital HSQE systems
• Assisting with RM3 model implementation
• Producing reports and identifying areas for improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and audit preparation
• Strong IT and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with good problem-solving ability
• Willing to travel and occasionally stay away from home for a few days every few months
