This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant based in Doncaster. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, and matching the right talent with the right roles. Additional day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to business development by identifying new opportunities and growing the company’s client base.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting practices, with a strong ability to identify and place talent effectively
- Experience in Consulting and building relationships with clients and candidates to meet their recruitment needs
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and evaluating candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and potential
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interactions with team members, clients, and candidates
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and achieve performance objectives
- Previous experience with recruitment and candidate management tools and software is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
- Proactive, organized, and self‑motivated approach to work with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
