To thrive in this role, you'll need some prior experience in recruitment - this might be from an agency, internal recruitment, or an on-site role. If you understand the basics and are ready to build on that foundation, we'll provide you with the tools, training, and support to grow and succeed.
What you'll be doing
This is a fast-paced and people-focused role. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Meeting client needs by sourcing and placing temporary workers
- Supporting with recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Ensuring accurate data input for weekly payroll
- Handling queries, absences, and admin changes
- Maintaining compliance and accurate records
- Providing a positive experience for both clients and workers
What you'll gain with us
At Staffline, we're big on development. You'll have access to coaching, training, and clear progression opportunities. You'll build on your existing recruitment knowledge and develop skills in:
- Account and relationship management
- Workforce planning and performance improvement
- Delivering high-quality service in a fast-moving environment
What we're looking for
We're here to support your success, but there are a few things we'll need you to bring:
- Some experience in a recruitment role - agency, internal, or on-site
- Great communication and people skills
- A proactive and problem-solving approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn
A full UK driver's licence is highly desirable for this role.
