Overview

Surgical Assessment Ward – Rapid assessment and initial management of acute surgical cases, supporting timely diagnostics, decisions, and safe admission or discharge. The post holder will be responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of care, demonstrating a kind and compassionate attitude towards patients, relatives and colleagues. The post holder must demonstrate clinical expertise in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care using a holistic, person-centred approach.

The post holder must possess fundamental management and facilitation skills to promote multidisciplinary team working and foster a supportive, learning environment. As a registered nurse, the post holder is expected to act in accordance with the NMC Code.

Ward S12 – ENT care:
Develop skills in pre/post-operative care, airway management and patient-centred multidisciplinary care. We are seeking compassionate, motivated nurses committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a rehabilitation setting. The role requires strong professional values, flexibility and the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team to support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals.
