MSK Physiotherapist (Junior)

Permanent, 40 hours Monday to Saturday
Salary: £31,000 - £37,000
Pure Physiotherapy is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated MSK Physiotherapist to join our Bawtry and Doncaster clinics. This is a great opportunity to develop your MSK skills in a supportive environment and is ideal for those recently qualified with clear pathways for progression.
What You’ll Do- Manage a caseload of MSK patients delivering assessment and treatment sessions.
- Work to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation (HCPC-compliant).
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients.
- Use SMART goals and outcome measures to track progress.
- Apply a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to care.
- Engage in ongoing CPD and professional development.
- HCPC registration.
- BSc Physiotherapy.
- A desire to develop yourself and provide a great patient experience.
- Strong communication and organisation.
- Confident IT user.
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
- Empathetic, adaptable, and committed to quality care.
- A positive team player.
