A male client based in Doncaster is looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide daily care and support within his own home. The client experiences poor health during the winter months and requires assistance with most daily living activities. He is a wheelchair user and is hoisted in and out of bed and his chair. Support is required with personal care, dressing, meal and drink preparation, and the use of a nebuliser.

£15 per hour, 40 hours a week.

Location:

Doncaster (DN8)

• DBS/Checks – confirmation of DBS check
• Right to Work and references will be needed.

• Safeguarding Adults
• Introduction to first aid
• Health and Safety / Moving and handling

The PA will also assist with light domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. During warmer months, the PA may be required to accompany the client out into the community for activities such as shopping or social visits.

• Caring, patient, and reliable
• Experienced in care work, particularly with individuals who have physical disabilities
• Trained in hoist use and wound dressing
• Energetic and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting others.

This role requires the ability to perform physically active tasks for extended periods, including lifting, supporting mobility and remaining alert throughout shifts.

• Must be local to Doncaster
• The client is open to applications from both male and female PAs.
• The PA must hold a full driving licence, have access to their own car, and have business insurance in place.
