We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Care Worker to provide high-quality personal and practical care to individuals in their own homes or supported living environments. The successful candidate will support service users to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

• Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Support with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping.
• Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans and company policies (where trained and authorised).
• Offer companionship and emotional support, promoting independence and wellbeing.
• Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
• Accurately record care activities and report any concerns or changes in service users’ condition.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect service users’ privacy at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety, safeguarding, and infection control procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.

• A caring, patient, and respectful approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and flexibility to work a range of shifts (including evenings and weekends if required).
• Right to work in the UK (or relevant country).
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential as full training will be provided).
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
