📚
No prior residential experience required – a comprehensive induction is provided, including:

• 2 weeks classroom-based training

• 1 week supported shadow shifts

• Large, well-established children’s residential care provider

• Multiple homes across the UK

• Strong focus on therapeutic care and long-term outcomes

• Clear expansion and development plans

• Additional services supporting children and young people
