To provide support to the Training, Auditing & Compliance Co-ordinator in the collection, analysis, presentation, and dissemination of cleaning audit and quality assurance data and the operational delivery of key quality assurance and action plans.
To provide support to the Training, Auditing and Compliance Co-ordinator in the training for colleagues within Facilities Services.
The post will be expected to work across 3 sites;
Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Bassetlaw Hospital & Montagu Hospital.
Facilities Cleanliness Auditor (Band
3)
26 hours, (0.69 WTE), , Monday-Friday (4 week rota), may include bank holidays
Main duties of the job- Ensure compliance with all Trust policies and procedures and National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness.
- To support in planning and facilitating refresher training for Facilities colleagues.
- Communicate with relevant ward staff, IPC colleagues, Facilities colleagues and senior leaders as required in relation to audits and audit results.
- Ensure audits are completed within given time frames.
- Identify efficiencies and potential cost savings within the service.

- Previous experience of auditing (preferably in a health care environment).

- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, influence and motivate effectively.
- Determination and resilience in meeting objectives and deadlines.
- Resilience and resourcefulness to meet the needs of patients in a frontline healthcare role.

- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
Qualifications & Training
Essential
- Numerate and Literate equivalent to GCSE level.
- An ability to undertake future training.
