Job Overview:

Doncaster Royal Infirmary is seeking a motivated Audiologist to join its paediatric clinic team as a 2nd Tester. This role is ideal for an Audiologist looking to support hearing assessments for children under 5, working alongside experienced clinicians in a dynamic and caring environment.

• Assist lead Audiologists in conducting hearing tests for children under 5
• Support paediatric audiology clinics with preparation and setup
• Operate and maintain audiological equipment
• Ensure accurate documentation of test results and patient interactions
• Provide a calm and reassuring presence for young patients and their families
• Collaborate with the wider paediatric and audiology teams to ensure efficient clinic operations

• Experience working as an Audiologist or in a related clinical support role
• Relevant qualifications in Audiology or Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced paediatric setting
• Previous experience in paediatric audiology is highly desirable
