Senior Support Worker Doncaster - Payrate starts at £13.51 ph!

Typical shifts are: 07:30-14:30, 14:30-21:30.

Role Overview

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Doncaster. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Responsibilities
  • Help people gain more independence in their daily lives
  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
  • Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues
  • Support with supervision and ordering medication
  • Ensure the people we support are helped to manage their finances
  • Maintain a focus on why you chose this work, keeping Seniors at the heart of day-to-day support
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma
