We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Manager to shape the future and lead delivery of our Home First services. Our Home First ethos seeks to provide holistic support and care to patients to enable them to be cared for in their own home. The portfolio of services includes rehabilitation, therapy and intermediate care. A wide range of multi-disciplinary staff support the Home First approach and work in collaboration with our partners and communities.
As a key member of the directorate leadership team, you will have an integral role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Home First service. If you are a strong leader with experience of managing diverse teams and resource to improve patient outcomes, we would love to hear from you. You will need to have a proven track record of accomplishment in service improvement and innovative practice to continue to drive the Home First agenda forwards as well as the ability to support colleagues to deliver the best services possible.
We are working hard to empower our communities within RDaSH, therefore a passion for community working and experience of community networking would also be desirable.
The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of designated clinical services and ensuring that those teams are performing in terms of patient outcomes, metrics, measures and targets. They are also accountable for making sure that the Trust’s strategy is executed locally and that standards of safety are maintained at all times.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care that is consistent with the values, Promises and strategic vision of the organisation.
