Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager located in South Yorkshire. The Registered Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining high standards of care. Duties include managing care staff, ensuring the development and implementation of care plans, conducting assessments, liaising with healthcare professionals, and handling administrative tasks related to care services.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing care staff and overseeing daily operations
- Ability to develop and implement care plans
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Assessment and evaluation skills to ensure the well-being of clients
- Administrative skills including record-keeping and documentation
- Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field would be preferred
- Relevant certifications and registrations required for the role
- Experience in the healthcare or care services industry is a plus
