Position Details: Permanent full‑time role based in Doncaster (South Yorkshire). Salary £13.70 per hour.  12115.

• Lead and motivate a team of support workers ensuring person‑centred care delivery.
• Recruitment, staff supervision, candidate interviews and ongoing development of support workers.
• Communicate effectively with staff, service users and external professionals.
• Maintain written records and use IT for accurate record keeping.
• Deliver high‑quality supported living services to adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injury or mental health conditions.

• Experience as a Care Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or similar role.
• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Desire to progress and commit to supporting people to live independent, fulfilling lives.
