Our Preferred Providers are at the heart of this — skilled, compassionate facilitators who bring our wellbeing courses and peer support groups to life.

• our pre-written guided learning courses:
  • Dealing with Anger
  • Confidence Boosting
  • Getting to Know Anxiety
• …and to lead meaningful activities within our peer support groups, such as crafts, active wellbeing, gardening, or creative expression sessions.

Every session you facilitate has the power to change lives. You’ll be creating safe, supportive spaces where people can connect, grow in confidence and rediscover their strengths.

You’ll gain valuable experience delivering structured, evidence-based wellbeing courses and building your facilitation skills in a community mental health setting.

As part of our Doncaster Mind community of practitioners, you’ll be supported by a warm and professional team. You’ll be surrounded by people who share your passion for improving mental health and who believe in learning from each other.

Our Preferred Provider Framework offers opportunities throughout the year, giving you the freedom to take on work that fits your skills and schedule — whether you’re a seasoned facilitator or just starting out.

Preferred Providers are paid £20 per hour— a flexible, fulfilling way to earn while doing meaningful work that benefits your community.

You’ll be helping us make mental health support more accessible and inclusive across Doncaster, bringing hope and connection to those who need it most.

• Have experience facilitating groups or delivering learning sessions
• Are interested in gaining experience facilitating groups or delivering learning sessions
• Are confident, compassionate and non-judgmental
• Enjoy creating engaging, supportive spaces for others
• Are passionate about wellbeing, personal growth and community support
• We will then contact you to discuss your application, give you an opportunity to ask any questions and arrange your interview.
